By accessing or using Daily Tales Cards (“Daily Tales,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at dailytales.cards, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Daily Tales provides an online conversational card experience. Free sample cards are available without purchase. Full decks may be unlocked through one-time digital purchases processed by our payment provider.

Daily Tales is an independent digital product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any physical conversation card brand.

You may need an account to save purchases and access unlocked content across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Prices are displayed at checkout before you pay. All purchases are one-time unlocks, not subscriptions, unless we clearly state otherwise at the point of sale. Unlocked content remains associated with your account after purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms where relevant to payment processing.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content at scale, reverse engineer the product, or use Daily Tales in violation of applicable law.

Daily Tales, including card text, branding, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased digital content through the service — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will meet every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Tales will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
